Public Policies Investigators (PPI) brings together researchers worldwide, with a sustained focus on public policies in the higher education sector. PPI offers background and ideas for decision-makers. 

This international consortium considers higher education policies worldwide and their consequences for academia and wider society. This common focus has given rise to four working groups aiming, respectively, to offer:

1. a worldwide panorama of education policy-making processes in the 2020s;
2. an overview of the evaluation of teaching, learning and academic management approaches;
3. an understanding of interdisciplinary problems grounded in disciplinary identities.
4. a prognosis for the ongoing effects of digitalization for education systems worldwide.

PPI evaluates the past to define the future of global higher education.
