Colleagues from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Embark on Fruitful Secondments at IEED

Colleagues from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University (UAIC) commenced their secondments at IEED in February 2023, a few days after the kick-off meeting in Iasi. This visit has yielded a series of productive meetings and visits.

The UAIC team had several meetings with researchers from IEED, Maison des Sciences de l’Homme and Université Paris Saclay. These interactions provided valuable discussions about data science, data management, and the social use of data-driven technologies, enhancing the academic depth of the secondment experience.

The secondment was enriched by a visit to Anamod – a Parisian startup in the fashion sector. Anamod facilitated a visit to Station F, the world’s largest business incubator, offering the UAIC team an unparalleled view into the dynamic world of startups and innovation.

The experiences gained from these meetings and visits consolidated stronger ties between UAIC and IEED.
