Two Guest Lectures at USPEE “Constantin Stere”

IEED’s associate researchers, Margita Engstrom and Dorin Dusciac, recently concluded their one-month HESPRI secondments at Universitatea de Studii Politice si Economice Europene “Constantin Stere” (USPEE), each contributing through insightful guest lectures.

Margita delivered an engaging lecture that delved into the intricacies of effective project planning, execution, and management. Her session gave students and faculty valuable learning for those aspiring to excel in project management.

Dorin gave a lecture that explored innovative techniques and strategies for tackling challenges in various professional contexts. His approach to problem-solving emphasized creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, essential skills in today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape.
